Baby chicks and baby ducks have arrived and we have had many requests for pictures to see how our littlest visitors are enjoying their time in grade 1. Let’s just say they are getting lots of hugs and snuggles! #STFSpirit

Our Grade 1 students corrected us when we questioned whether students were moving into the school, or if there was an overnight field trip we weren’t invited to - but we learned it was “Anything But a Packpack” Day! So fun! We had lots of creative “bags” to tote all of our snacks and books! #STFSpirit

Students were rocking their blue all throughout the school! We didn’t capture them all, but we are so appreciative of all staff and students who sported their blue in support of Catholic education! #BlueforCatholicEd

Our Gr. 6-9 Band Concert is taking place next Wednesday, June 1st beginning at 7 pm in the school gym! All student performers are asked to arrive at 6:30 pm in their all-black band uniform. Looking forward to a night of music and student performance! #STFBand #STFLearning

Happy World Catholic Education Day! We are very fortunate at St. Francis of Assisi to begin the celebration of this day in prayer in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. This week, students focused on Station 9: Jesus east with his disciples on the shore of Tiberius. All classes had a chance to “go fish” after participating in faith trivia! #STFFaith
