Congratulations to all our grade 4 students who finished their two-month long Recorder Karate unit in music! Students worked hard everyday to practice and take their skills to new levels by earning colored belts through individual testing. A special congratulations to our 18 students who made it all the way to black belt. Way to go grade 4’s!

For this Lent season, St. Francis of Assisi has partnered with Chalice’s School Connections Campaign to connect with Chandarua Primary School in Neema, Tanzania. As our Lenten Almsgiving challenge, we will working to raise $1000.00 to address their need to Farm Inputs to ensure that the school can continue to provide lunches for their students. With students being off for Family Week last week, we didn’t have a chance to gather in prayer and liturgy to begin the season of Lent. This morning we had the chance to gather in prayer, challenging ourselves to consider what sacrifice we are willing to make knowing the greatest of all was made for us.

Band clinics with guest musicians, pool time, outside time, gym time, and a talent show tonight! Now that sounds like a fun time!

Friendly reminder- happening tomorrow night! Holy Trinity Academy will be hosting a High School Information Night on Thursday, March 2nd at St. James Parish at 7:00 PM. Come out for an evening to learn about all the things you need to know before transitioning to High School in the fall!
